This Manhattan Fifth Avenue pre-war apartment received a complete gut renovation. The plan was altered to accommodate a master bedroom suite and powder room. New custom doors and mouldings were designed that were in the spirit of the apartment but simplified and streamlined. The new herringbone wood floor is traditional in form but it’s raw finish is modern. The furniture palette is pale, comprised of classic modern pieces highlightedby the owners photography collection.
