Set on Cape Cod, this beach house project is in progress. It consists of building a new vacation home on the stone foundation of an abandoned Coast Guard facility. The design in modern while using typical Cape Cod materials such as weathered shingles and Cape Cod red brick. It draws upon the tradition of innovative modern homes built on the Cape in the early and mid-twentieth century.
